Pricing

    How we quote

Digitais Studio · Funchal · Madeira

No packages. No hourly rates. A fixed price per project.

    In short

Digitais Studio doesn't work with price lists or hourly rates. Every job is quoted to measure: after a first diagnostic conversation you receive a proposal with a detailed scope and a fixed price, valid until the end of the project.

The first conversation is free and commits you to nothing. It exists to find out whether what you need fits what we do well, and if it doesn't, we say so.

    What makes it vary

What makes the price of a project vary?

    • Scope

How many pieces, how many channels, how many pages. A five-page website and a twenty-page website don't cost the same, and a month with a content day doesn't cost the same as a month of management only.

    • Production

If filming and photography are involved, there is crew time on location, travel, equipment and post-production. It is the variable that weighs the most.

    • Duration

One-off projects and monthly retainers follow different logics. On a retainer the fee is monthly and the scope is fixed per month.

    • Media investment

In online advertising, what you pay the platforms is separate from what you pay us. The ad budget is always yours and goes directly to Meta, Google or TikTok.

    • Urgency

Tight deadlines force us to reorganise the schedule. When it can be done, we tell you the impact on the price before accepting.

    From first contact to proposal

    01

    First conversation

A 20 to 30 minute call. We understand the business, the goal and what already exists. No commitment and no cost.

    02

    Scope definition

We write down what is in and what is out, with number of pieces, channels and deadlines. This is the part that prevents misunderstandings later.

    03

    Proposal with a fixed price

Two to three working days later. One price, not a range: scope, timings, payment terms and what happens if things change.

    04

    Approval and kick-off

Once the proposal is accepted we schedule the start. Projects begin with a deposit; retainers are invoiced monthly.

    Questions about pricing

How much does working with Digitais Studio cost?

Digitais Studio publishes no price list because the same service can have very different scopes. A list would force us to invent an average case that matches nobody and to compare numbers that don't include the same things. Instead there is a short diagnostic conversation and a proposal with a fixed price.

No. Digitais Studio works with no fixed packages: every proposal is built for the specific case. What is fixed is the agreed price, once accepted it doesn't change unless the scope changes at your request, and in that case it is always approved in writing first.

No. Digitais Studio charges per project or per month of retainer, never by the hour. An hourly rate penalises whoever works fast and says nothing about the result delivered.

On Digitais Studio projects there is a deposit at kick-off and the remainder on delivery; monthly retainers are invoiced at the beginning of each month. An invoice with VAT is always issued under the studio's tax number (213239272).

No. In online advertising there are two separate things: campaign management, which is Digitais Studio's work and is quoted, and the ad spend, which you pay directly to the platforms with your own payment method. That way the account and the data stay in your name.

There is a point below which the work makes no sense for either side. In the first conversation, which is free, Digitais Studio says clearly whether the budget you have in mind is enough for the goal, and if it isn't, we say so instead of taking the work.

On Digitais Studio projects, small changes within the agreed scope are included in the fixed price. Changes that increase the scope are quoted separately and only move forward after your written approval.

    Let's talk about your case

Tell us what you need and the goal. We book the call and, two to three working days later, you have a proposal with a fixed price.
