No small print. Here is what we do with your data when you visit www.digitais-studio.pt or write to us.

    01

    Who processes your data

Digitais Studio, VAT number 213239272, with a studio at Rua 31 de Janeiro 65, 9050-401 Funchal, Madeira, Portugal, is the controller of the personal data collected through this website.

    For any privacy matter: digitais.1studio@gmail.com or +351 938 933 069.

    02

    What data we collect

Contact form: name, email, phone (optional) and the message you write. This data is sent by email to the studio through the EmailJS service.

Browsing data: if you accept analytics cookies, we collect aggregated usage statistics (page views, traffic source, device type) through Google Analytics 4 (identifier G-BR98R1NYJM), with the IP address anonymised.

We do not collect sensitive data and we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

    03

Why we use the data and on what legal basis

To answer contact requests and prepare proposals, legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To measure and improve website performance, legal basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given in the cookie banner and revocable at any time.

To comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations when there is a commercial relationship, legal basis: legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

    04

    Cookies

This website does not install analytics cookies before you accept them. When the page loads we only store your consent choice in the browser's local storage (key "cookie-consent"), so we don't ask you again.

If you accept, Google Analytics installs its own cookies (_ga and _ga_*) that distinguish visits and sessions. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded.

You can change your mind at any time: clear the site data in your browser (or the "cookie-consent" key) and the banner comes back. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.

    05

Who has access to the data

We share data only with service providers needed to run the website: EmailJS (sending form messages), Google (Google Analytics, with consent only) and the website hosting provider.

We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in those cases the transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

    06

    How long we keep it

Contact messages: up to 24 months after the last contact, unless it leads to a contractual relationship, in which case the legal retention periods apply.

Analytics data: as configured in Google Analytics 4 (14 months by default).

Your consent choice stays in your browser until you delete it.

    07

    Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing.

To exercise any of these rights write to digitais.1studio@gmail.com. We reply within a maximum of 30 days.

If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with CNPD, the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (www.cnpd.pt).

    08

    Security and changes

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data, including encrypted communication (HTTPS) and restricted access to the studio's mailboxes.

This policy may be updated. The version in force is always published on this page, with the update date.
