    Summary

Platinium Club needed a website where schedules, classes and sign-up were clear, and a graphic system to communicate classes and events on social media. Digitais Studio built the website and the set of templates the club now uses day to day.

    Context

At a gym, most questions repeat themselves: what classes are on, at what time, how much it costs, how to sign up. When that isn't clear online, the team spends the day answering the phone and Instagram messages.

There's a second, less visible problem. A club communicates a lot: new classes, peak-season schedules, events, open days. If every piece is designed from scratch, it looks different from the last one, and within a few months no one recognises the brand in the feed.

In other words, a good-looking website wasn't enough. The information needed solving, and at the same time the team needed a way to communicate on its own without breaking the visual line.

Peak season adds pressure. In the busiest months there's no time to commission a piece, wait for it and revise it: whatever isn't sorted on the same day simply doesn't get published.

    Approach

    How we did it

    • We organised the website around the four questions that keep coming up, instead of institutional pages. Each one has an obvious place and none takes more than one tap to reach.

    • We built mobile-first, because that's where most visits happen, usually already at the gym or on the way there.

    • The main constraint was that schedules change. That ruled out any solution where information sat locked inside an image: anything that changes is editable text the team can update.

    • We created a template system for the club to announce classes and events without losing the visual line: fixed grid, fixed palette, fixed typography, with only text and image changing.

    • We applied the system straight away to a real case, the communication for the pilates open day, to test it before handing it over.

    • We left training for the team to update schedules and produce pieces on their own, with the system already filled in with examples.

    • We defined an information hierarchy per page, so the most frequent question on each page was the first thing readable on opening it on a phone.

    What we delivered

Website with schedules, classes and sign-up

Mobile-first structure and baseline technical SEO

    Reusable graphic template system

Communication pieces for the pilates open day

Training session and editable files delivered to the club

    Result

    What changed

Routine questions now have an answer on the website, instead of tying up the team on the phone and in messages.

The club gained the freedom to announce classes and events on the same day it decides them, without waiting on a supplier.

The communication is now recognisable: pieces change content but keep the same visual line.

Schedule information stopped being locked inside images, which made it readable for search engines and updatable in minutes.

This project is mostly Graphic Design work. That page explains what it includes, how it works and what gets delivered.
